Take any accounting tier below and the OneFinance platform and its seven agents come with it — no second subscription. The one condition is that we can connect to the accounting system you already use, so your books feed the portal as live data rather than a monthly export.
Daira connects to Odoo, Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, Xero and Excel. If yours is on that list, OneFinance is included. If it isn't, we'll say so on the consultation call rather than after you've signed.

What exactly is OneFinance?
It's two things in one subscription: the platform — a portal holding your books, tax, reporting, forecasting, procurement and cash in one place — and the seven AI agents that run it. Dariel, your AI CFO, takes the question and pulls in whichever specialist it needs. It runs in the browser, so you can check your numbers or ask a question from your phone.
Do I have to pay for OneFinance on top of accounting?
No. Every accounting plan includes OneFinance at no extra cost, as long as Daira can connect to the accounting system you use — Odoo, Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, Xero or Excel. That connection is what keeps the portal on live data instead of a monthly export. We confirm your setup on the consultation call before you commit.
Do I need the agents and the expert team, or just one?
Either works on its own. The agents run day-to-day and flag issues in plain English; the expert team does the hands-on bookkeeping and filings. Most clients start with one and add the other as they grow.
How does billing work?
Monthly, with no long lock-in. Accounting is a monthly retainer based on transaction volume, tax services are fixed one-off fees, and OneFinance on its own is a flat AED 299/month.
What happens if my transaction volume changes?
We move you to the tier that fits as you grow or slow down — no penalty. If you outgrow Pro, the Custom plan is built around your numbers.
Are my VAT and Corporate Tax deadlines handled?
Yes. Registration, quarterly VAT, and annual Corporate Tax filing are all covered under Tax Compliance, with reminders ahead of every FTA deadline.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Anytime. You keep clean, VAT-ready books either way, and we hand everything over cleanly if you move on.
